1. Scope of Services

MyKnowTech B.V. (hereinafter “MyKnowTech” or “Company”) is a professional services firm specializing in Pega systems consulting.

Our services include:

  • Pega platform implementation and customization
  • Business process optimization using Pega
  • Pega application development and integration
  • Training and support for Pega systems
  • Strategic IT consulting related to Pega technologies

The specific scope of work for each client engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Ownership :
MyKnowTech retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. New intellectual property created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client upon full payment.


License :
MyKnowTech grants clients a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use any MyKnowTech-owned intellectual property necessary for the operation of the delivered Pega system.

3. Blog Content

Ownership :
All content published on MyKnowTech’s blog remains the intellectual property of MyKnowTech. Pega community Edition or Personal edition might be used for the POCs so all the screenshot of Pega applications are owned by Pegasystems.

Usage: 
Visitors may share and link to blog posts but may not reproduce the content in full without written permission from MyKnowTech.

4. Amendments

MyKnowTech reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on the Company’s website.
